Location and easy access to beach.
Broken elevators.both of them and we were on the 7th floor!

This is my 3rd stay at this property and the absolute worst. I have always had good experiences. Their recycled paper card keys were always non-working and by the end of my 3 night stay, neither elevator was working. One was broken at arrival/check-in and remained non-working all weekend. The hotel is in a great location with easy access to the beach with a nice mini-park area equipped with barbeque pits. The rooms are very clean and well-equipped with all the amenities of home. I would definitely stay again, but they MUST get new elevators installed. ...read more

The view of the ocean was awesome.
It was far from south beach.

This hotel's view is priceless. The room was bigger than some people's houses. Awesome to say the least.
